Cancellation and Refund Policy from “Mahendra Cab Dehradun” Taxi Services.

It is hereby notified to all that “Mahendra Cab Dehradun” has the sole right to cancel the booking for any reason at any time with prior intimation or notice of 2 working days from the date of the tour.

•  If a customer has paid any amount in advance for booking his tour and his booking is canceled by us, then the customer is liable to get the full amount back or refund within the next 10 working days from the date of cancellation from Mahendra Cab Dehradun.
•  If Mahendra Cab Dehradun informs that the customer’s booking is canceled due to the vehicle not being available on the date of tour for any reason and the customer is willing to reschedule the tour with the vehicle on which it is available, then Mahendra Cab Dehradun will confirm the booking by writing electronically from their official mail id info@mahendracab.com.
• If the customer wants to cancel his booking, then two working days after the tour date he has to inform us.
• If the customer does not inform or forgets to inform Mahendra Cab Dehradun, has no responsibility at any cost to pay or refund any amount regarding his booking.
• If the customer without cancellation of his booking claims for a refund amount then Mahendra Cab Dehradun has no liability for any payment as well.
